Rosemarie Kluepfel
Director, Instructor, and Real Estate Education Professional
Rosemarie Kluepfel is a respected real estate educator, business development leader, and former licensed mortgage professional with more than 20 years of experience in the financial services and real estate industries. As Director of Reactivate Real Estate School, she oversees school operations, regulatory compliance, curriculum development, instructor management, and student success initiatives.
With more than 10 years of experience as a New York Department of State Approved Real Estate Instructor, Rosemarie has educated real estate professionals through pre-licensing, broker qualifying, and continuing education programs. Her areas of expertise include mortgage financing, fair housing, agency law, new licensee training, ethics, and real estate regulatory compliance. She has developed numerous NYDOS-approved courses and is recognized for making complex topics understandable, engaging, and practical for today’s real estate professionals.
Prior to leading Reactivate Real Estate School, Rosemarie held leadership roles in mortgage banking, operations management, chambers of commerce, and the nonprofit sector. During her mortgage career, she specialized in residential lending and worked closely with consumers, real estate professionals, and industry organizations to help them better understand the home financing process and navigate the complexities of mortgage lending.
Rosemarie has served as an instructor for the Long Island Board of REALTORS® and has been a featured speaker for professional, business, and community organizations throughout New York. Known for her energetic and engaging presentation style, she combines practical industry knowledge with a strong educational background, including dual degrees in Education and English Literature from Hofstra University.
Beyond the classroom, Rosemarie is an accomplished motivational speaker, inspirational writer, consultant, and mentor. She is passionate about helping real estate professionals expand their knowledge, build confidence, and advance their careers. She has also been recognized for her contributions to the business, community, and nonprofit sectors.
